"We couldn't load your content" - how to fix?

Error message received when opening page: "We couldn't load your content. Refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists contact Atlassian Support"

Reloaded page and restarted computer - the page title is still there but the content seems missing still.

How to fix? Or is this a know issue? When will this aprox. be fixed?

Hello @Jana Wichmann ! 
As I understand, you are currently unable to view a page within Confluence. When you try to access the page, an error message pops up.

With this in mind, I would like to ask a few questions for clarification:

  1. Is this happening with any other page in your Confluence Site?
  2. Is there any other user that also faces this issue with the same page?
  3. Is the problem present if you access the page while using another browser?
  4. Were you able to access this problematic page at some point in the past?
  5. Was any kind of change applied to the page prior to this issue?
  6. Are you still able to click the Edit button when you visit the page?


Also, would it be possible for you to share some screenshots of the actual error that is displayed when you try to access the page? Just be careful not to share any sensitive information within this screenshot.The community is an open space where everyone can see everything.

6. cant remember, I restored an old version now and can access that one

No screenshots for this page's issue anymore, Another user had the same error on another page of mine though.

This user JF is not restricted to open the page/ I checked the permissionCapture.JPG
