"Import Word Document" option is not shown

Hi,

I'm using Confluence 7.19.1

I tried to execute the procedure described on this page to import a word document

but unfortunately I can't see the "Import Word Document" option when I expand the "three dots" menu.

I'm a Confluence Administrator and I couldn't find any configuration about that.

Could you help me, please?

Hi @Giovanni Cardillo and welcome,

please could you specify your confluence version? Btw, in the app UI, (all apps), search "Office Connector plugin" and verify that all modules are enabled.

Hi Fabio,

on my Confluence instance the "Office Connector plugin" was disabled, but I didn't know where to look for it.

Thanks to your suggestion I got it.

In the Confluence Administration Panel >>> Atlassian Marketplace >>> Manage Apps I found it and set to Enabled.
