"File Name*" drop down list when attempting to import word doc is blank?

When I attempt to import a word doc using the macro, the "File Name" drop down is blank. Any ideas?

using the "office word macro" or a different one?

What version of confluence are you running?  Cloud or server?

If you are using the "office word macro" this is not used to import documents.  It's used to displace word documents on a page that you have perviously uploaded.  You must first attach the document to the page, then use the macro to display it.

Thanks! That helped. I tried that but didn't publish the page before accessing the file list. This time I published it then edited it and the file showed up.
