"Content Encoding Error" on a NEW Confluence install cannot access any content

I am getting error :

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

When i try to view a page which i just created on a fresh installed Confluence ( Latest Version ) 4.3.7

I have checked with Firefox and Chrome, they both give same error

Hello Kamal,

Per the description that you mentioned I'm suspecting that you're experiencing a known problem which has a solution in the following article:

Based on this, please try to apply the resolution suggested in the KB as a workaround. Hope this helps.
