"Application access" is missing in "User administration"

Василь Пахомов January 30, 2019

Hi!
I'm trying to set up access to Confluence, but can't find "Application access" in "User administration" as described say here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/global-permissions-overview-724765488.html

I have "site admin" label opposite to my name in the "User administration" so I guess "Application access" shouldn't be hidden due to permission lack.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!

Hello Василь,

My apologies. We're rolling out a new User Management and it appears the documentation needs updating. We are in the process of having that corrected.

As for your Application Access, it's now called Product Access

Here's a screenshot from my instance:

Can you give that a look and see if you have any trouble?

Shannon
