You need to perform the following checks:

* verify team members has grants to access space (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/)
* verify that specific page has not restrictions in edit/view (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-or-remove-page-restrictions/)

Check the space permissions - are your users named as people who can edit?  Or part of a group that can?

Also, are there any restrictions on the page?

Hi @SS & Partners ,

sometimes Confluence permissions can be confusing.  Have you checked if the users also have write access to the space and the page?  Having access to both, and then possibly restricting access sometimes help with analyzing what's going on.
