Hi,

I submitted ticket on Purchasing and Licensing a week ago and no response has been received so far. Does anyone know how long it takes usually them to respond?

Honestly, I am not sure why you haven't got the respond especially if it was for a week. My suggestion is to change the priority of your current request so it will raise the alert to the Atlassian.

Nevertheless, you should have received the reply. I will tag Atlassian here as well.

Thank you. I sent them last week follow up on the issue and no reply from them. If they don't answer soon, I'll update the priority.
