It's not possible to send invites from Confluence, but we have a feature request below for this. Please vote on it and you will automatically be added to the list of watchers:

  • CONFCLOUD-51062 Event Calendar: Meeting Invites, Attendees/Confirmations, RSVP, Max Spots and Public Registration
