lost connection

I can't remember how long this has been happening, but when editing pages, it takes a long time for them to load; I'll attach a screenshot after this message.

This normally wouldn't be an issue, but sometimes I have to edit 20+ pages a day, and there is a lot of time wasted waiting for pages to load and be ready to edit.

On top of my other ticket, with the widget elements just not being available to me randomly, it's causing issues being productive within our document space.

I haven't seen this issue recently but I have encounter that message before. What I did in the past, is I clear the cache and it seem to resolve the problem. Maybe the same for you. 

 

Is this isolated to just you or other team members? If it's just you, you may. want to start up a browser with no plugins and see if there's any performance different. If still an issue, would suggest to contact Atlassian Support and provide them a HAR file to troubleshoot what could be the underlying technical issue.

tried other browser and mobile hotspot

problem still occurs
