login with admin failed

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
when I login with admin, always move this page.
ask me to input the word in image, but the image not display,
I have try it in many browers, but not show the image,
so I can't login with admin.
by the way, my license will be expired, I have apply a new license,
bug I can't login with admin, so I can't set the new license key,
please help me ASAP, 11/1 will be expired.
