I had created a new confluence website, and I am not able to login or launch the new confluence website.

How I can login or use it? I always get below error while trying to access the website

Have you waited long enough before trying to use it?  Sites are not instantly set up, it will have told you how long it might take.

I assume you've checked Atlassian Status as suggested, and there are no reports there?

If it's neither of those, the next step is to go check the status of the site - check what my.atlassian.com and admin.atlassian.com have to say about the site.
