We have to add lots of documents to Confluence. We want a naming convention that can be automatically assigned to each document by Confluence.
Hi @Ahtesh welcome to the Atlassian Community!
When you talk about adding "documents" to Confluence, do you mean files as attachments? What type of documents are these: PDF, Word, other?
Are you using an integration with another tool?
The naming convention of these documents is done on the document name itself, before uploading it to Confluence.
For me, this is a matter of process over technology. Get the people to know the process of naming the documents to the agreed convention.
