how can I combine cells in Confluence Markup?

I would like to create a template with a table and a titel in it. So it looks good when i combine all of the top cells but how can i do that in a Markup?

Hi Studi,

Unfortunately this feature is unavailable in Wiki markup as it's introduced in 4.0 and above, as per this feature request. Perhaps you could use html macro as workaround.
