get Gliffy for existing Confluence team

I'm new on a large team on Jira/Confluence. Want to install Gliffy. Do I need the admin?

If you Confluence installation does not have Gliffy installed, you need administrative access to add that to your installation. More about how to install add-ons can be reviewed under this documentation.

Since you mentioned you are new, you may like to review how global permissions work.
