file list fiole version history gone

We use file lists a lot and rely on the version history. Sometime in the last few days the list of previous versions that you get when you click on the arrow by the file name has disappeared. I tried clearing cache and reloading the page, and I tried it in two different browsers. Still gone.

Any ideas what's happened or how to get the history back?

Hi Fabian. That's not the problem: the earlier versions haven't been deleted. If I go to the attachments page, I can see the previous version :

But just looking at the file in the file list page doesn't show the previous versions:

I just checked the JS console when clicking on the twisty that should show the versions, and I get an error:

so it feels like some recent JS change
