draw.io doesn't installed

Hi. We are using cloud atlassian confluence.
The draw.io plugin is not installed in our admin.
It is obviously installed but it was uninstalled with an error.
My company is using the service at https://koreacreditdata.atlassian.net. please answer about my question.

it is my screenshot. please help let me know why plugin doesn't work. and fix it

It looks currently uninstalled. Are you saying you did not uninstall it and the system did that for you? If that would be something you need to file a support ticket to Atlassian for.
