crm: sorting status update from diff pages

Deleted user March 4, 2019

Hi,

I want to collect my customer relationships in confluence. Now every customer have an own page with an update status at the top. I use the "Excerpt macro" to collect the status updates in an upper page. But now, I want to sort the individual Excerpts on actuality/last change, so that I can see the last updated customers and customers, who haven't contact for a far time.

Maybe you have an idea to sort the excerpts, maybe you have an advice, how can i manage my customer relationships.

I hope you can help me.

*sorry my english isn't perfect*

Hi Benjamin!

Showing statuses for multiple pages along with data like "last updated" is exactly what the Page Properties Macro and Page Properties Report Macro are used for.

For each customer page, add a page properties macro and label all the pages with the same label (e.g. "customer-relationship"). Then you can have a separate page that uses a Page Properties Report macro to pull in data from all the pages using the label.

I hope this helps!
