This will definitely help you.
In which step the setup wizard stopped responding? Can you see something relevant in the logs (<confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log)?
For now, if you don't find anything useful in the logs, I suggest that you simply restart the installation process again by deleting the content from the Home folder and restarting Confluence.
