We had a storage outage last week and the underlaying database had to be rebooted. The application confluence was restarted and works fine, but now I noticed that some user installed plugins like sql for confluence are no longer installed or at least they are not found. In catalina.out I see only this:

Luckily I have not had this issue myself but I think it will be best if you contact Atlassian Support about this. They might have seen the issue on another instance and might know how to help you.
Or you could contact the vendor of the plugins that stopped working.
