confluence-administrators Group ERROR

I am a admin,and I am in “confluence-administrators” group. But  after restart the system.when  I click “confluence-administrator” button，I can't see the confluence-administrators，and display that I haven't the permission of System administrator .

And then I can't See Space Admin Link.  when i click “Global permissions” ，the page like this

Hi Jone,

Based on the screenshots it seems that this confluence is a bit old. May I know if you are running an older version that 3.5? There was a bug that caused a similar behavior when the LDAP was offline and the permission breaks in this situation: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-18375

It was solved in 3.5.

If you are running a newer version of Confluence, may I ask if the LDAP server is online as well and you can sync with the server successfully?
