Hi,
My company hosts a software solution and we use confluence for all our documentation. I am looking to implement a chatbot in our software but will need to train it up via our documentation on confluence.
I've been trying different chatbot sites such as 'Chatbase' which is a prebuilt chatbot, all chatbots I've tried so far have the option to train it via website links which the chatbot will crawl however when linking it to my confluence space it isn't training the chatbot.
Do you have any suggestions in chatbots that have the option to train with confluence?Or any general steps you could provide in how to integrate confluence to a chatbot if there is functionality for this?
regards,
Aaron
Hi @Aaron Spero
I believe that you can take OpenAI tools and then use Confluence API to connect the two (user, token, etc.).
K15t (Atlassian Platinum partner) have a nice experimental Open AI integration built on their docs website - https://help.k15t.com/ - just start typing smth like 'configure sso'...
I know they're using Confluence as a backend (and their own Viewport app as front end, naturally :) ). Whether it pulls stuff from Confluence or the website, I don't know.
