can not attach documents to a page

From the stack trace, it looks like you may be using (or may have been using) the Arsenale Lockpoint plugin. The symptoms suggest that Lockpoint might not have initialized correctly, or it may have been uninstalled in a way that did not give it a chance to shut down properly.

Is Lockpoint still installed on your system? If so, does it help if you disable and reenable it?

If Lockpoint is not longer installed on your system and you are still seeing this problem, I might also suggest that you temporarily install Lockpoint and then immediately uninstall it, which would force it to clear any relevant files (such as Velocity caches) that might have gotten stuck.

Hi Pedro!

What happened is that your instance could not find a Velocity Page (vm).
Unable to find resource 'template/lockpoint/showactionmessages.vm
It might be caused by some error on the installation, or some permission issue.

I suggest you to check if this file is actually available on your Confluence. If you are using Linux you may use the *find* command to check if it really exists.
Also, you may disable your third-party plugins to check if some plugins is causing this.
To do that go to Browse > Confluence Admin > Plugins > Enable Safe Mode.
Then restart you Confluence and check if the behavior persists.
