can each requirement have unique URL

hi.

i am trying to link my test cases from "test rail" to requirements.

currently "test rail" supports linked URL address. this means that i can link each test case to entire requirement page ( URL address) instead of a single row in the requirement table.

is there a way to configure that each row in the requirement table will have a unique URL?

in that case each test case will be linked to a single or multiple requirements of my choice

The best way would be to insert the Anchor macro in each row of the requirement table.  It won't show once you have saved the page, but you should be able to link there as long as you follow the naming rules (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/anchors-139442.html).
