Your Cloud Confluence instance should be maintained by your company/organization that has SITE administrators access so they should be able to help you with access. This community members are not supposed to have access to your Confluence if it is not open for all.
Agree with Andirii. If you're the site admin, you could raise a ticket to Atlassian support for help.
