Dear Support team,
Over the last few days, we exceeded the free user threshold of 10 which changed our package from "Free" to "Standard".
However, we have recently removed the access to a few users to bring ourselves back within the 10 users window (see below). However, the access to JIRA software has been blocked.
Can you please help to re-activate our account on JIRA software by shifting us to the "free" package asap.

This is not Atlassian Support, this is forum for Atlassian users where help can be asked on tool topics or tool possibilities.
The members here can't assist in license related issues on the instance itself.
If you are able to access Atlassian Administration, change the Jira Software plan from Standard to Free.
It's probably blocked because your Standard plan trail is expired and Atlassian requires you to fill Billing Information an pay the invoice.

Can't you select the 3 dots besides Jira Software and change the plan?
If you can't your org admin should be able to do this.
There is no option to email Atlassian, they can only be reached via https://support.atlasisan.com/contact/#
