Hi, 

I am creating confluence pages using the rest api using the wiki style content format.

Some of this pages contain a # character in the title. 

e.g. ABCD.PL#

Now when i try to create links to this pages [ABCD.PL#] it cut's off the # sign because it assumes that it is an anchor. 

Is there a way to escape this?
