Why have my Confluence email notifications stopped?

My email notifications from Confluence have stopped very suddenly. It seems to be a similar issue to the thread below where "blocks" had to be removed from certain email addresses. Could you take a look?

You should contact Atlassian support for this and they can help you check and see if your email address has ended up on the suppression list.

Thanks Mikael! However when I follow the link you provided, it sends me back to the community posts. Am I missing something?
