Why don't some of our digital objects display?

I have 3 digital objects to test thumbnail display issues.

1 works and 2 do not.

The one that works has a URL ending in .jpg.

The two that do not, work do not have a URL ending in .jpg. The link is found on our Google Drive set up for public viewing access.

I have looked over the documents for managing digital objects and making representative.

Furthermore, one of the 2 that does not display thumbnails also does not have any link to click to view the image.

We recently updated to version 3.5.1 to enable the Make Representative function.

Please advise.

Are you on Cloud or Data Center? You state cloud, but you mention upgrading.

What did you update to version 3.5.1?

If they do not an jpg ext do they have any extension? What file type is it?
