Why does a unlicensed user shows as a Viewer with a current time?

Crystal January 6, 2025

An ex team member has left the company a few months ago. When clicking her name on the top of a Confluence page, the current time shows off. Does it mean she accesses the file  again as she was a contributor in the past?

Hi @Crystal

No, the timestamp you see when clicking the name of a former team member on a Confluence page does not necessarily indicate that they accessed the page recently.

If you’re unsure, confirm with your admin team that the account is deactivated.

Thank you Manoj for your reply. I am one of the Admin team and verified that the user account had been removed. The only confusing part is that for all other team members there is no Time when hopping over to a user phone on the top left of a confluence page but her card shows the current time. So I would like to double check if  there is anything wrong with her account deletion.

@Crystal You can ignore it, It is just showing the profile time based on the user time zone, it is not relevant to the page access or user login.
