I'm creating a template to be used by teams across multiple workspaces in my Confluence instance, and there is an option to add a label to said template. However, the label does not actually appear when I create a new page using the template on any of the spaces, which means lots of manual work for me. I'm assuming this is a feature that is intended to work and just doesn't?
This is still an issue - I can reproduce this issue.
Are there any updates on this issue? I'm on Confluence server and don't see it.

I can add that the issue is when you use default templates from Confluence. If you create your own templates, it is working perfectly.

The label you add to a Global Template should be copied to any page you create using this template. Go to General Configuration > Global Templates and Blueprints. Any template you create here and associate labels to it, they should be copied to the inherited page.
I am assuming you have Confluence Admin credentials.
Hope this is what you were looking for!

@Sireesha Dugginapeddi [Appfire] that's what I tried doing, but the labels I've added are not showing up when I create a new page using the template on any of the company workspaces. I've tried removing and re-adding the label, saving the global template in between, and still only the default label (it is a modification of the Project Plan template) carries through, not any of the labels I've added to the global template.
