Why can not I control my confluence??

I have 2 confluence groups(confluence A, B) what I made.

but I only enter and control 1 confluence.

whether I click 'Confluence A setting' or 'Confluence B setting', I can only go Confluence A setting page.

why do i have to experience this bad UX?

From where are you taking the screenshots? It doesn't look like it's from your browser or did you crop the screenshot? The cog item normally leads you to the Atlassian administration of your organization, which you can access on admin.atlassian.com.

The cog icon on the right, which is labeled "Confluence administration" will get you to the Confluence settings.

After 14 days it will automatically become inactive.

i need to understand whether you have procured licence for confluenceA or confluence B?

if your organization has procured licence for confluence A then you cant pause payment you have to wait until next renewal.

if your organization procured licence for confluence B then you can deactivate the confluence A or it will automatically be inactive after 14 days.

according to your advice, I checked license for my confluences.

but there is only confluence A license (free trial) what I applied to pause payment.

so related this situation, I have few questions.

1. How can I get confluence B license? Is there no another way to get Enterprise plan?

2. So without Enterpirse plan, is there only way to wait 14 days for controlling confluence B?

if it is enterprise it will support both confluence.

if you are using standard version then it will support to create only one confluence space.

if you are created confluence A and confluence B but you can access only confluence A because confluence B is in free trial so you can access after trail ends.

oh thank you @Pasam Venkateshwarrao , so I tried to remove Confluence A metioned above.

so I removed all users, all domains and pause the payment, but I still can not remove Confluence A. As you think, what is the problem?

Sorry, @Pasam Venkateshwarrao , but what you are describing is simply wrong. It's great that you want to help in the community, but no one is helped by making general false statements. Therefore, first check the accuracy of your information, at least roughly, and then answer the questions of other users.

No, you can create as many spaces as you would like.

if you are created confluence A and confluence B but you can access only confluence A because confluence B is in free trial so you can access after trail ends.

No, you can administer all products, no matter if they are in the free trial or on any of the plans, as long as they are not suspended.
