I have been experiencing several issues with my Confluence page recently:
I kindly request urgent attention to these issues, as we rely heavily on the Confluence page for publishing our content.
Regard,
As reported here, here and here:
We have the same issue. We add images to a page, save it, seems to work.
Then edit the page, and the images are shown as “Preview unavailable”.
This happens seemingly at random and is irreversible. It happens across all pages and spaces. It also happened at a previous client.
The images are small, mostly pngs of interfaces we are designing. File size can't be the problem.
Very frustrating and leaves Confluence looking amateurish. Aggravated by the fact that already uploaded images can't be added to the page.
Our Confluence service is hosted on atlassian.net.
Hi @Prestige Park Grove I gather this is an existing issue with Confluence cloud and occurs intermittently. A similar issue related to cloud migrations is also tracked here - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-81066

Hi @Prestige Park Grove ,
1. https://www.prestigesparkgrove.in/ doesn't seems to be a confluence page. If at all it is a confluence page, then surely it is not Confluence cloud instance.
2. Try this workaround.
