Why are the images in the page not downloading on my laptop?

As I understand, you are currently facing a behavior that keeps images in Confluence from downloading in your personal machine.

With this in mind, let me ask you a few questions. Here we go:

1. Do you have any error displayed on your screen when you try to download the images?
2. By downloading, do you mean downloading the files to your machine or using the preview feature in Confluence?
3. Has this worked at some point in the past for you?
