As I understand, you are currently facing a behavior that keeps images in Confluence from downloading in your personal machine.
With this in mind, let me ask you a few questions. Here we go:
- Do you have any error displayed on your screen when you try to download the images?
- By downloading, do you mean downloading the files to your machine or using the preview feature in Confluence?
- Has this worked at some point in the past for you?
- Is there someone else who you know to be affected by this behavior?
