Which MySQL flavors supports JIRA?

I am trying to install JIRA on Win7 machine. Prerequisites is to install MySQL. On MySQL web page there are various flavors like MySQL Community Server, MySQL Cluster etc.

Which one is ideal or favorable for JIRA. I am using Win764 bit Virtual Box for the same.
