Where is this macro? Is it an Add-on?

Hello guys. I have deployed Confluence in my environment, and after checking another site, I found this functionality. Can you tell me if it's default? I did not find the default macros

Are you referring to the tabs? It's not built-in, so an add-on was likely used. I cannot tell from the shot which one it is, but it's likely one of these:
