Where can i add "Dhttp.nonProxyHosts" in confluence 5.7.3?

James Thomas June 18, 2015

I heard that from confluence 5.5.x onwards the JAVA_OPTS parameters are retrieved from CATALINA_OPTS.

Hi James,

On Linux instance, just add the parameter into <confluence-install>/bin/setenv.sh before the export CATALINA_OPTS line. Like this:

CATALINA_OPTS="$CATALINA_OPTS Dhttp.nonPorxyHosts"

In case you are running Confluence on Windows, add the line into setenve.bat. If you are running Confluence as a service, please edit the JAVA parameters. Have a look on this link:

After this, you need to restart Confluence.
