We would like to install Confluence and Jira in a Cloud-on-Premise. Is Atlassian engaged in developing a version for this platform.

Hi @Frits Bosma , welcome to the Community. On premise was the Server version that is now end-of-life. Cloud, as the name implies, is a SAS application and will not be available for on prem installation. You might want to consider Data Center which is a self-managed version. However, generally speaking this is used by large enterprises.
