When I write articles in Confluence, the cursor jumps forward.

In other words, as I write something, the cursor might automatically insert a space, and the last letter where I stopped will already be a new word, separate from what I was writing.

Check it in the different browser (and in incognito mode).

  • if it's only your used browser, then maybe some browser extension is messing up with Confluence.
  • if it's in all browsers, then there might be some app affecting the editor - the best would be to check with other confluence users in your instance
  • *) if it's only you, who is experiencing such issues there might be something wrong with the keyboard ;)
  • **) keylogger (malware or installed by company) affecting editor?

Hello @Petruk Yaroslav

Have you tried writing article in other devices as well?

Does the cursor jump forward?

This seem to be an issue related to the towards the operating system / software.
