Thank you for your help.
When Anonymous accessed Atlassian to view the video from the Confluence page, an authentication screen appeared and the video could not be viewed.
Do you know what the cause is?
Authorization for Anonymous Page is set to View.

Welcome to the community.
Is the global anonymous access permission enabled, and anonymous on space level?
Both need to be enabled.
Global Permission
Space Permission
Mine are both disabled, so no-one is never able to access my Confluence anonymously.
If I just enable it on space level, still no-one can access Confluence anonymously.
Thank you for your comment.
I checked and both global and space permissions are enabled.
I will send you an image of the current configuration.
If you have any other advice, I would very much appreciate it.

I don't think that the items are actually stored in Confluence. I think the macro is able to pull down the info in real time to show it within the Confluence UI.
Are those items accessible anonymously or do they require an authenticated account in their respective apps for access.
Are you able to access the video anonymously (not singed in to Confluence)
Are you using third party apps macros using specifically to support embedding those items?

Video plays without problems.
No macros or 3rd party apps are used.

The following is what actually caused the trouble.
When I tried to open the Confluence page anonymously, I was asked for login credentials.
-------
I tried to check in the secret window, but it did not reproduce anything and now I can open the page without any problem.
I don't know the cause of this problem. Is this a temporary glitch?

Could have bene a cookie related issue as well.

Thank you very much.
We also checked again, and there was no particular problem with the operation, so we think it was a temporary problem with the cookie or environment.
Please let us know if you experience similar problems again.
