What is Lucidcharts? Is this an add-on needed when importing spaces from other vendors?

I have spaces imported from our vendors which use Lucdicharts (I think!), and I have diagrams and charts, etc. show up as what looks like broken links. Is there a way to fix this, or the only way is to purchase an add-on? If an add-n is needed, which one do wee need? Currently running Confluence Data Center version.

Lucidcharts is a marketplace addon.  You will need to purchase and install it.

However, if you are importing spaces from vendors, this is probably one of many addons you may need.  I'd suggest asking your vendors for a list of addons that are required.
