Hi,

My name is Avinash a product analyst, could someone please help me with this issue while Previewing PPT files in Confluence pages it displays with the symbols & special characters as listed below, whereas while downloading it & viewing in MS office it displays the actual values as expected.

Otherwise, if you are on a cloud instance, as said by @Benjamin , you need to to raise a support request to atlassian team through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Usually, this can happen with instances on Confluence on-prem.

This is due to the core OS fonts not being installed.

Since this is on cloud, you may want to submit a ticket to Atlassian to look further into the cloud system backend.
