How do I solve this?
I have a template I can no longer access, and it's not solving itself.
All I get is this error over and over.
The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:

Hi @JK , welcome to the community.
First, to explain the redirection to the community when trying to open a support ticket, this is because if you are on a free plan, you do not get Atlassian support. Instead, the community will be your source of assistance. That aside, I can't really say what might be going on with your template. If it does not resolve itself, and suggested then you likely will have to rebuild your template, unfortunately. However, if you have an existing page built from the template, you should be able to use it to get you started again.
Free or "starter ($10)" plan. Both are up to 10 users, but the free version has some functions disabled.

I am trying to assess the suitability of Confluence for my company, before subscribing.
It feels like something has gotten corrupted, as now my page properties is stuck only showing the the "broken" page, that was created with the corrupted version.
I've recreated everything but the page properties report doesn't pick up on that, and only shows links to the old ones which have since been deleted.
Looking on the forum, the solution seems to be to re-index the site, but I can't do that as I'm on the free plan too?
Right now, I do see potential in the product, but right now, it seems like that Confluence actively don't want me to recommend my company to subscribe.

Hello @JK
Atlassian actually has FREE trial version of Standard or Premium editions of Confluence! I would recommend starting a trial so you can actually play around with all the features that Confluence has to offer!
