Way to sharing content to non confluence third party users

Hi ,

I tried to share a confluence page with word file attached to it  with non-confluence user with public link feature. 

Non-confluence user can only see content on the page but not the attachment . Any suggestion to achieve this ?

Public pages share the page content, but have limited functionality when it comes to specific macros and features. Although attachments are not listed in the link below, I can tell you from experience that they are not available on public pages as an attachment is underlying functionality to a page, and not actually part of the page. In order to share it, you would need to store the attachment off site (think DropBox, Google Drive, etc.) and link to it from the page.
