I have tried different video types, but always get THIS VIDEO FORMAT IS NOT SUPPORTED when trying to view a video on a page.

I was actually using the HTML macro.
Discovered this is only an issue in an older version of Firefox we use... works fine in Chrome.

 

So I think there is more to do on our end.
