Hi there! I was wondering if there was a way to group the contents of a page under a variable or flag to be used in an automation tool.
For example, I want my QAs to create a Confluence page using a template. The template has a Description multiline variable that they fill out. When the page is published, I want the information they have given in the Description variable to be passed along to the Create a Jira Ticket automation so it can be used in the ticket description. There are lots of other fields that could benefit from that kind of thing, but I don't see any documentation on it.
Thanks for your time!
I answered another question recently with an approach that might be useful for you. Check it out here:
