Hi all,
I have started playing around with the Database feature in Confluence and I think it is pretty powerful. The one feature I can't figure out yet has to do with a Link Field Type. I'm linking to files in SharePoint and unfortunately in this case the whole link address is displayed rather than just the name of the document I'm linking to. In the Database fields documentation. It points out that there are two options for the link text. Automatic link text enabled or disabled. In my case both produce the same result (see image below). There is also a cryptic comment: Titles may not always be clear. Consider manually editing link text for better clarity. I don't see any way to manually edit the link text. Am I missing something?
I don't have an answer, but I would like to second Christopher's question; I am having a similar experience. Is there any way to manually edit the link text?
