Users unable to access confluence

My team users are unable to access the Confluence page I created in connection to the Jira board. I've made sure they've been added, but they're still denied access with the following message:

"You've stumbled on a restricted space"

Welcome to the community!

I would review first if they have access to the confluence space.  Check the space permissions first: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/

after that, I would also check that there are no page restrictions: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-or-remove-page-restrictions/

I was actually able to solve it by going to space permissions and adding them as an individual user. Here is the path for others who might need to know it

 

Space Settings>Space permissions>General>Individual Users>Edit Permissions>Add user
