User permission not updating when changed

Question

Hi when I try to give 2 of my new users permissions to access a space in confluence they can't access the pages and are told its restricted even though I can see they have access.

I can confirm they can see the space I have also checked the parent page and they should have the correct permissions but still can't see it.

Hi @Matt Curran

First, please confirm that they can see the space. Can be checked from space settings -> permissions.

Then, check all parent pages of this sub-page. Because permissions apply from top to bottom. Example; they can not see the sub-page if parent page is restricted.
