User Profile Plug-in on Confluence

Our company would like to try and test User Profile plug-in for the org chart feature in confluence. However, after we installed the trail version on our confluence server, we seemed to be unable to make it working correctly. No LDAP attribue got synced. Does it have to be paid licensed version? Please advice. Thanks.

Don't know about that one personally (in that I have not tried it before) - you should reach out to the vendor directly.

In addition, to compare some apples and oranges - you might want to also try AppFusions Enterprise Directory and Org Chart. It is very popular and we have deployed in many small and large corps alike.
