Use of conclude template on android

support staff need to sue Android phone to ceate a confluece page that as a template behind it for high severity incidents.

However they get 

 It says the template is 'Unsupported', so there is no link to click to create it

Are they not able to use confluence on their phone?

Pages cannot be created from a template when on the Confluence mobile app.
